You agree to use Datieve only for lawful purposes. You will not use the service to store, share, or transfer illegal content.

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide and files you share through the service.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss.

Pricing and Billing

Free tier is limited to 2 users. Paid plans are billed monthly per user. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions.

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your files and data. We claim no ownership over content you upload or transfer through Datieve.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Datieve is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
